A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Middletown-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Middletown, CT kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Middletown roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Middletown isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Middletown, CT licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Middletown, CT warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Middletown who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Middletown call at a time.
The most expensive Middletown restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Middletown team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Middletown crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Middletown property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Middletown homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Middletown accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Middletown crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Middletown drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.

We put that guarantee directly on the Middletown work order, not just in an ad. A repeat visit under this guarantee doesn't mean starting over — we pull the original moisture logs and pick up exactly where the last visit left off.
